Kathmandu sees partial effect of strike (With Photos)

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug. 23: The nationwide general strike called by four parties along with Netra Bikram Chand-led Nepal Communist Party, has partial effects in Kathmandu.

Public and private vehicles have been plying Kathmandu roads since morning without any obstruction.
