Drainage installation in Gangabu disturbing Commuters


By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb 6: Road expansion work of the 27.2 kilometers of the Ring Road has been moving forward rapidly.

According to the Ring Road Expansion Project, work has been expediting along the 8.2 KM Kalanki-Basundhara section.

The road is being widened by 6 meters on each side.

Meanwhile, it has been creating inconvenience to commuters. The installation of culvert has been speeding up along with road expansion work in the Gongabu area. This has been creating some disturbances to commuters.

Also, the leakage of sewage pipes has been affecting the surrounding area of the working site.

Project informed that expansion work in 2 km long Basundhara to Dhobikhola will also soon be started.
