Newly appointed chairperson, members of Special Court sworn in

Kathmandu, Dec 4: Chief Justice Bishwombhar Prasad Shrestha has administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly appointed Chairperson and members of the Special Court.     

The newly appointed Chairperson and members of the Special Court were sworn in at a programme organised at the Supreme Court today.     

A meeting of the Judicial Council held on November 21 decided to recommend Judge of High Court Dipayal, Tek Narayan Kunwar, as the chairperson of the Special Court.     

Similarly, the meeting had recommended Judges Tej Narayan Singh Rai, Ram Bahadur Thapa, Muraribabu Shrestha and Ritendra Thapa as the members of the Special Court. (RSS)
