Teenager arrested for stealing a passenger bus

By Phadindra Adhikari, Kaski, Dec 10: A teenager has been arrested for stealing a parked passenger bus from Pokhara to Chitwan.

The bus with registration no. Ga 1 Kha 9638 was stolen from its parking spot at Pokhara Metropolitan City-9 on Friday evening and driven to Chitwan at night when the police nabbed a 17-year-old boy with the bus at the Aaptari police checkpoint.

Shravan Kumar BK, spokesperson at the Kaski district police office, informed that the teenager was taken under control by the police at Aaptari, Chitwan, during general check on Friday night.

The adolescent is said to be from Myagde Rural Municipality-17 in Tanahu district.

The case has been investigated as a theft and robbery case.
