Medical expo to be held in Kathmandu

By TRN OnlineKathmandu, Feb 26: Promo Media, in collaboration with EEPC India and the Chemical and Medical Suppliers Association of Nepal (CMSA), is organising the 7th Nepal Medical and Lab Expo at Bhrikutimandap from February 29 to March 2.

At a press conference held in Kathmandu, the Head of Project at Promo Media, Anurodh Parashar, said that the expo would be beneficial to the Nepali health sector. He said that the expo will have the latest breakthroughs in the medical field, diagnostics, and laboratories, as well as numerous product demonstrations, with an emphasis on the significant innovations that have come up recently.

In addition, the expo will meet the demand of both national and local companies and create a convenient platform to allow small, medium, and large enterprises from around the world to introduce themselves to each other, increasing their partnerships and exhibiting their innovative discoveries.



On the occasion, the Chairperson of CMSA Nepal, Bhakta Bahadur Hamal said that the medical expo was needed every year to provide information regarding discoveries in the health sector for the benefit of hospitals.

He also mentioned that the exhibition will have over 800 brands and more than 1000 products, not only from local but also from foreign producers from eight different countries, representing Nepal and India.
Nepal Medical and Lab Expo is the largest exhibition in the medical and laboratory sectors, bringing together companionable purchasers and vendors to network.  

Hamal informed that the main participants of the expo will be leading people from hospitals, doctors, medical specialists, surgical, diagnostic, and research laboratory experts, scientists, patient dealers, distributors, importers, retailers, and other buyers.
