By Bomlal Giri, Nawalpur, Nov.1: The body of 19-year-old student Bipana Chaudhary, who had been missing from Mugling since last Monday, has been found.
Bipana of Madhyabindu Municipality-4, Luslahari, who was studying in grade 12 in Madhyabindu-2 Kolhuwa, Kumarawarti Secondary School at Kolhuwa, Nawalaparasi, had gone missing from Muglin.
A fisherman found the body at the bank of Kolkatta on the riverbank of Narayani of Madhyabindu-15 saw the body at 6 PM on Thursday and informed the police.
Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office JC Shah Said that the deceased body was brought to Madhyabindu District Hospital, Nawalpur in the night and a post-mortem was conducted confirming the body to be of Bipana Chaudhary, who had been missing from Mugling since last Monday.
Students of grade 11 and 12 who had gone picnic to Bandipur, Tanahun, from campus were returning home. Bipana went to relieve herself at bridge number three of the Butwal-Narayanghat road section and went missing.
Police said that an investigation is underway.
