Eight Chinese citizens injured in Pokhara jeep accident

By Fanindra Adhikari, Lekhnath, Apr 18: Eight Chinese nationals sustained injuries when a microbus (Ba 1 Cha 851)  collided with a jeep (Ba 1 3 Cha 5137)  that was coming from the opposite direction at Rastra Bank Chowk in Pokhara Metropolitan City-7, at 9:43 AM on Thursday. 

According to the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) at the District Police Office, Kaski, Basanta Kumar Sharma, all the injured are receiving treatment at Gandaki Medical College. All the injured are stable. 

There were 11 Chinese passengers on the microbus. In total, 14 passengers were in both vehicles, of which, eight got injured. 

Both the drivers of the vehicles are arrested and are under control at Police Station Baidam.
