Three killed, 35 injured in wedding bus accident

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April 19: Three people were killed and 35 injured when a bus carrying wedding attendants met with an accident at Tripura Sundari Rural Municipality -5, Sindhupalchok, at 6: 15 AM on Friday. 

According to Ward number 5's chair of Rural Municipality Yadav Shrestha, the bus with a registration number (Ba 4 Kha 5616) that was carrying wedding guests from Susta of Dolakha to Mulabari of Sindhupalchok, fell some 200 meters down the road causing a fatal accident.  

He said that three of the total injured were severely injured. The injured are undergoing treatment at the local health post and Khadi Chaur of Sindhupalchok.

There were a total of 55 passengers on the bus.
