blog

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar 15: Chairman of the CPN (UML) and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli expressed concern over universities not getting sufficient number of students.

Addressing the programme ‘Cinema Dialogue’ of the 7th Nepal International Film Festival (NIFF) on Friday, Chairman Oli said that the tendency of youths to leave the country for education and work has spiked.

He said that the majority of students are leaving the country for higher education with a mindset of living in foreign countries rather than returning to their homeland.

It is important to explain to the young generation that no country gets rich by having money but through development, remarked Chair Oli.

The former Prime Minister viewed that the youths should be made feel and believe that they need to make endeavours by staying in the country for development.
