SC orders to give affiliation to B & C College to teach medical courses

Kathmandu, March 25: The Supreme Court (SC) on Monday issued an order in the name of the government to issue affiliation for B & C Medical College of Birtamod, Jhapa.     

Justices Dr Kumar Chudal and Saranga Subedi handed down the verdict.     

Spokesperson of SC Bed Prasad Upreti shared that a verdict was issued on Monday to instructing the government to grant affiliation to the college for running medical courses.

Medical entrepreneur Durga Prasain had lodged a writ petition at the SC in 2077 BS seeking an order to grant affiliation to his college. (RSS)
