42 per cent votes cast in Ilam

By Prem Adhikari, Pashupatinagar, Apr 27: Ilam Constituency -2 witnessed 42 per cent votes cast by 1:30 afternoon.

A total of 49,000 votes have been cast till the update time. Constituency -2 has 115,887 voters.

According to the authorities of the election office, across the 49 polling centres voting is underway peacefully.

Chief District Officer of Ilam Indra Dev Yadav informed that voting has been significantly increased in the afternoon time though it was a bit slow in the morning time.
