No compromise to maintain good governance: PM Prachanda

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar 19: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ said that there will not be any compromise with anyone while maintaining good governance. 

Addressing the questions raised by Members of Parliament (MP) during the House of Representatives (HoR) on Tuesday, PM Prachanda said that no immunity if remarks are seen during the investigation. 

 “I will not compromise on anything while maintaining good governance. I will not hold any requests and bias regarding own party and another party. Nothing will stop to take action if found remarks during the investigation.” 

Mentioning that many corruption cases, gold smuggling, and land misappropriation, are being investigated after being incumbent as PM with the commitment to good governance, the PM said that it will be made more effective. 

While responding to queries raised by MP to Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane, PM Prachanda, said, “ So far, it is found during the investigation that there is no involvement, responsibility and role  of Home Minister in the post of the operating committee, account committee, loan committee, employee, and has no relation to pending cases at court.”
